The room is fairly quiet and bright and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Staff is welcoming and you can park your car on street. The location is great and lovely in a lovely area, very close to Skegness in the future, the sea front and the beach, shops and restaurants. They serve a huge variety of meals, the food I tried was fantastic.
